Clients must ensure that their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Confidentiality
The Agency agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared by the client during the course of providing services. This includes business details, marketing strategies, and personal data.
7. Ownership and Rights
All creative work, including content, designs, and marketing materials, created by the Agency for the client will be the property of the client upon full payment.
The Agency retains the right to showcase any work created for the client as part of the Agency's portfolio, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Agency will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
The Agency is not responsible for any loss of data or business profits resulting from the services provided.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice as outlined in the service contract.
If the agreement is terminated, the client will be responsible for payment of any services rendered up to the point of termination.
